About Us
Zealand Pharma is experiencing growth, and we are introducing a new position as HR Operations Specialist within the People & Organization department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scoping and defining HR Operations at Zealand Pharma and knows what ‘good’ looks like. We know we are looking for a multifaceted person as you will be responsible for all aspect in owning, driving, and developing HR Operations from operational tasks to ownership of our new people management system, Workday. The People & Organization team comprises eight dedicated professionals who work collaboratively in HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, payroll, recruitment, and communication. The position reports to our Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities
It is crucial that you possess a solid background in HR Operations as you will be responsible for building and structuring this area. You will play a pivotal role in Zealand Pharma’s journey toward further professionalizing and optimizing processes, working methods, and systems. A deep understanding of Workday is essential as you will co-own the system implementation and serve as a super user. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
