IT Student Assistant

Zealand's IT department is expanding and is therefore looking for a new team member to support the business ambitions to become a fully integrated biotechnology company with own products on the market. The new IT Student Assistant will work with IT ServiceDesk and with stakeholders across the company to support and assist in IT tasks of varying sizes. We are running mostly on various Windows platforms both on-premise and in the cloud.
Job Profile
Responsibilities include helping us to:
- Support Zealand with the IT environment
- Support and assist in IT Support tasks of varying sizes
- To embrace Microsoft Azure and 365 platform technologies
- Support IT Platforms, Systems and Software
- Install computers and equipment
- Write documentation and update information regarding the different systems.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have most or all of the below qualifications:
- IT Support experience
- Experience of working in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Customer service mindset
- Strong collaboration skills
- Microsoft 365 platform experience
- Ability to operate in a high-paced biotechnology environment
- Expert level usage with MS Office products and SharePoint
- Solid experience of other Microsoft Products like Windows Client, Windows Servers and Microsoft Cloud solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and timely in consideration of audience and setting
- Fluent in English.
