The role of Receptionist at Zealand is a vital and demanding position. You will represent our company as the first point of contact for visitors. You must be professional, polite, and efficient in handling all external guests and inbound phone calls. In addition, you will provide internal support to employees/departments with various ad hoc tasks. As part of a small administration team, you need to effectively balance working independently and with other team members.

Fluent in Danish and English
MS office package (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate has an outgoing personality, likes a busy environment and has experience with handling and prioritizing many tasks at the same time. The receptionist should be able to handle our external guests and phone calls in a professional and responsible way, and at the same time have energy and a smile ready for all colleagues internally who need help and support for ad hoc tasks. Furthermore, it is important that the candidate is fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and written as our company communication is in English. Also, the candidate needs to be experienced in all programs in MS office package. The position mainly consists of the tasks below:
Manning of the Reception. All daily reception tasks (open/close 8.00-16.00)
Professional handling of receiving guests and telephone switchboard
Ordering of office supplies and responsible for archive rooms
All kind of ad-hoc secretarial office tasks for various departments
