Join the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, where we are dedicated to the design, synthesis, and delivery of peptides for cutting-edge research projects. As a student assistant in our compound shop, you will play a pivotal role in receiving, portioning, and distributing peptides from our internal laboratories and contract research organizations (CROs). Your contributions will be integral to our research endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and distributing peptides from our internal labs and CROs.
• Prepare, aliquot, and freeze dry peptides according to project requirements.
• Support daily laboratory operations through various ad hoc tasks.
• Contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow in the compound shop.

Candidate profile

• You are a student with a good understanding of chemistry, preferably enrolled as a student of pharmacy or chemistry (minimum 3rd semester).
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
• Availability to start as soon as possible, and available twice weekly (approx. 2x4 h/week).
