In Zealand Pharma we are looking for several Clinical Trial and Senior Clinical Trial Managers to join our clinical trial teams as we pursue new and exciting therapeutic areas and optimized ways of working. We are looking for clinical trial managers with a least 2 years of practical experience from working with clinical trials as a (Senior) Clinical Project Manager, (Senior) Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Research Associate or similar. Our Clinical operations department consist of around 30 engaged and professional colleagues. We work as one team and value an informal atmosphere with focus on knowledge sharing and excellence. We are responsible for driving forward the clinical project portfolio by setting up, overseeing, and reporting clinical trials in collaboration with CROs. Together with your Zealand Pharma colleagues and CRO team you will be responsible for delivering well conducted clinical trials within agreed timelines, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Clinical Trial Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective collaboration among essential stakeholders involved in the execution of clinical trials. This includes close collaboration with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and internal stakeholders to ensure successful start-up, conduct, and closure of clinical trials.

Your responsibilities extend from the initial planning phase to the reporting stage of clinical trials. In this capacity, you will lead the clinical trial team to achieve outcomes that significantly influence the successful execution of clinical trials. the role involves the coordination and assurance of trial deliverables from key partners, both within and outside the organization. Additionally, you will oversee the performance of the Clinical Research Organization (CRO), ensuring contractual agreements are in place and upheld.
