Currently, we are looking for a new Student Assistant, who is self-driven, energetic and wants to contribute a company poised to make a difference in a number of therapeutic areas. If this sounds like you, and you are ready to take on a broad area of responsibilities with an independent attitude, you are a match for us.
The position is in the Medical Affairs department, which helps provide input and effectively communicate data around our research and development pipeline. This position will report directly to the Head of Medical Affairs Evan Frary and be a part of a dedicated and experienced medical team.
Responsibilities
As the new Student Assistant in Medical Affairs you will assist the team in:
Coordinating medical affairs events (e.g. Conferences, Advisory Boards, Summits etc)
Searching for and collating relevant scientific information within the respective therapeutic areas
Ensuring contracts and agreements are effectuated and archived
Tracking and reporting of our research collaborations
Assisting with providing overviews of budgets and payments
As well as assisting the team with diverse ad hoc tasks
Candidate profile
You have successfully finished (2) semesters of your Bachelor’s degree and can tick of most of these personal qualifications:
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Structured, thorough and detail orientend
Ability to work independently, take initiatives and not afraid of asking questions
Enthusiastic, resolute, and flexible approach to work
Willingness to learn new things and a can-do attitude
Enjoy being part of a team and achieve things together
Fluent in English (company language) and Danish
Background in the life sciences would be beneficial but not required
