HR Administrator

Zealand is looking for an experienced HR Administrator for a time-limited maternity leave of about 15 months’ duration starting October 1, 2019.
The right candidate is highly experienced in working with HR and recruitment in IT systems and also
possesses great knowledge of the Danish Holiday Act.
You will become part of a small HR team of 3 people, but you will have your own area of responsibility.
Job Profile
The successful candidate will be:
Administrator of Zealand’s HR system containing all vacation and absence registration
Responsible for implementation of new Holiday Act
Responsible for recruitment of new employees in Zealand’s recruitment system
Responsible for onboarding of new employees
Responsible for maintaining HR intranet pages
Ad hoc HR tasks, fx. drafting of contracts and amendments.
Ad hoc manning of the Reception
Proficient in both Danish and English (verbal and written).
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience (at least 3 years) of working with HR administration
Experience with HR systems
Experience with recruitment systems
Experience with Excel
Thorough experience with the Danish Holiday Act and knowledge of the New Danish Holiday Act
A service-minded attitude and thrive working independently
Motivation to work proactively with a multitude of tasks and across the organization
A quality mindset with a sense for details.
