We are seeking an experienced technician with strong skills within cell based and binding antibody assays to support our immunogenicity team. Our immunogenicity team is responsible for development of anti-drug antibody (ADA) and neutralizing antibody (NAb) assays as well as supporting the transfer, validation and sample analysis at contract research organizations (CRO’s).
The immunogenicity team is part of the Department of Bioanalysis and Pharmacokinetics and we are all dedicated assay specialists motivated to understand the fate of our drug candidates when dosed to patients.
Responsibilities includes helping us to:
The successful candidate will have most or all of the below qualifications:
- Develop and qualify NAb and ADA assays
- Produce and purify monoclonal antibodies
- Characterize antibodies
- Support the transfer of in-house developed assays to our CRO’s
- Oversee and support of CRO’s
- Maintain equipment

- Laboratory technician or B.Sc. with several years of experience within immunochemistry
- Highly experienced with cell culture maintenance, cell-based efficacy and ligand binding assays
- Preferably experienced in setting up assays to monitor drug-induced immunogenicity
- Independent and highly motivated
- Good documentation skills
- Good collaborator
- Good oral and written English communication skills
