Job Profile
You will be dedicated to a business area where you will identify and deliver on the HR agenda which supports the required strategic and operational business deliverables. You will advise, support and collaborate with stakeholders within and outside your business area on varying HR related matters.

Responsibilities include:

• People Strategy: transforming business strategy and objectives into tangible HR plans and activities
• Talent management and organizational development: advise and lead through performance, development and leadership
• Coaching: deliver highly effective and trusted sparring and coaching to leaders and leadership teams
• Change Management: support and drive as we are a fast moving, agile organization in an ever-changing environment
• Workforce Management and Talent Acquisition: partner with the business leaders in securing a diverse and highly engaged workforce
• Employee Life Cycle: drive and support on employee life-cycle activities through close collaboration with management as well as employees
• Creativity: Think big and take risks to create better outcomes and innovate. Exert influence to create positive change in our organization. Don’t be afraid to challenge and speak up when you see something that does not make sense
• Collaboration: teaming up with other HR colleagues to implement a new HR system in the future. (We did not lie when we said we are still on a journey!)

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications; however, you are encouraged to apply even if you do not fulfill all criteria:

• A relevant academic degree within HR, Psychology or similar and/or a strong leadership background
• Good business understanding and the ability to combine business needs to organizational development initiatives
• Experience with the annual HR processes
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills (in both Danish and English).
• A growth mindset and a passion for HR, meaning you keep up to date with latest business trends and new HR legislation. You are not afraid to try something new and you believe that we can figure everything out if we have the right attitude, work hard to reach our goals, and help each other out in doing so
• Bringing more to the table than your professional competencies. You will also contribute to the team and organization with your personality, values and interests that goes beyond your job title

We are still in the phase of building, and you can be a part of deciding what the final result looks like. You will be reporting to the Head of People & Organization who is part of Corporate Management, and you will be working both locally and globally, and with both the People & Organization team and your dedicated functional area.
