Associate Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

in a biotech company focused on the discovery, design and development of innovative peptide-based medicines


Currently, we are looking for a new Associate FP&A Manager, who will play a key role in our FP&A and Business Partnering team, focusing on general financial planning activities, business partnering for commercial contracts, and with a special focus on ESG (environmental, social and governance) reporting. If you have a passion for putting financial data into the perspective of decision-making support, and you are ready to take on a broad area of responsibilities with an independent attitude, we want to bond with you.

As our new Associate FP&A Manager, you will become a part of our Finance & Accounting team, reporting to the Senior FP&A and Business Partnering Manager. Our team’s purpose is to support value creation trough efficient, high quality and user centric financial processes. We strive to be the best version possible, so ‘business as usual’ is challenged when we see the opportunity for improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external and internal stakeholders, to deliver on your key areas of responsibility.
You will be working out of our office in Søborg.


Responsibilities

Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings some years of relevant experience from a similar position and possesses a sound understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes, while having a good business acumen. Digital savvy, the candidate will be promoting modern digital finance reporting tools.

We imagine that you have solid presentation skills and an expanded level of knowledge using Excel and PowerPoint.
You have proven stakeholder management skills, and you are comfortable working cross-functionally, being a healthy challenger to the organization asking the ‘why’ and ‘how’ questions, capable of smooth internal negotiations, and being a trusted partner to the organization.

Finally, the candidate shares the team’s values and displays the right ‘can do’ attitude, which is equally as important as experience and competencies.
